(b) restrictions on use. The Customer shall not remove, modify, cover or conceal, on or in the Services, any patent, copyright, trademark or other trademark, label or trademark notice of the Company or its licensors, and the Customer may reproduce such indications, labels and markings on all copies of the Supplier that the Customer makes in connection with the Authorized Use of the Delivery Items by the Customer in accordance with Section 7.2 ( a). The Customer must immediately inform the Company of any unauthorized use, disclosure, reproduction or distribution of the Services of which the Customer is aware or that the Customer reasonably suspects. The customer is solely responsible for the acquisition of all devices and their compatibility with the services and the payment of all fees, including, but not limited to, all taxes and any fees or expenses associated with the use of the services. 6.3 Respect for confidentiality. The Receiving Party shall use reasonable economic efforts to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of the disclosed Party`s confidential information. The receiving party shall ensure that its collaborators who have access to confidential information of the disclosing party have signed a non-use and confidentiality agreement at least as detailed as the provisions of this agreement before the confidential information of the disclosed party is transmitted to those collaborators. . . .
